There are a variety of ways you can get involved with YWAM Jeffrey's Bay. The options available to you are listed and descried below:

Applying for Schools:

If you've already completed a DTS then you can return to YWAM Jeffery’s Bay to attend one of the second-level University of the Nations (UofN) schools offered on the base:

Staff Application:


You can join us as staff on a short or long-term basis. Short-term staff (up to 1 year's commitment) do not need to complete a DTS although this is encouraged. However, the DTS is a requirement for staff wanting to commit long-term (two-years or more). If you haven't yet done a DTS, you can consider doing one with us. If you have already completed a DTS elsewhere, you are most welcome to join us. Contact the registrar at office2@ywamjbay.com for application forms.

If you are skilled in any of the above, please prayerfully consider joining us as staff in that area.

Donating and Sponsoring:


If you'd like to get involved, but can't for whatever reason. You may want to consider either donating to the YWAM base or sponsoring someone else to come. In this way you become a partner with us in the ministry of the Gospel.

Donations:


These can be made in the form of money (in any currency), or items (such as computers, vehicles, or other equipment). You can decide to make a once-off donation or maintain a monthly contribution to a specific need. For more information on donations please see our Donations page.

Sponsoring Someone:


Another way you can get involved is by sponsoring someone else to go. YWAM is run by volunteers who do not receive salaries for the work they do for the community. Each person is responsible for raising up their own monthly income from church, friends and family. Many of our staff who come from poorer communities do not have that means of financial support. You can consider sponsoring either a student or a staff in need, either as a once-off gift or monthly contribution to his or her needs.
